Get your outbound ducks in a row.

Lead tables, email, LinkedIn and SMS sequences, and one inbox for every reply. It all runs on one database, so nothing ever needs syncing. And every lead hears from the same number, every time.

A reply on Thursday should stop Friday's follow-up.

Follow one lead, Sam, through a week of email and text: how the week often goes, and the same week in Duckrow.

Filter your table, then push. The rows land in the campaign that second.

    • Duplicates are skipped across every campaign you run.
    • Opt-outs are respected before anything sends.

    • Sends spread across your mailboxes, numbers and LinkedIn accounts.

Work by hand. Or just ask.

Everything in Duckrow works with clicks. When you'd rather say it, press Cmd J. The Assistant opens beside your table, does the same steps for you, and shows the cost before any paid run.

  • By hand

Build columns, run them and push rows with a click. Nothing changes if you never open the Assistant.

  • With the Assistant

Opens beside the table with Cmd J or Ctrl J. Imports files, runs columns and pushes rows when you ask.

  • From Claude or ChatGPT

Duckrow MCP is the connector that links your assistant to your workspace. Add it once, then ask your assistant to turn a spreadsheet into a Duckrow table, fill in what's missing or check how a campaign is doing. It signs in as you and asks before it spends a credit.

FAQs

One workspace for outbound. You build lead lists in smart tables, send multichannel sequences by email, LinkedIn and text, and answer every reply from one inbox.

During early access we approve new workspaces by hand. Sign up, and we email you as soon as yours is ready. If a teammate invites you, you can start straight away.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) mailboxes on your company domain. Personal @gmail.com and @outlook.com addresses aren't supported. Every email goes out from your own account, with your signature.

The first number that texts a lead is pinned to that lead. Every later text in the sequence, and every reply you send from the inbox, goes out from that same number.

Lead tables are built in, with AI columns, phone and email checks, and an API column that connects any data provider you already use.

Duckrow is the texting provider: we supply the numbers and register them under US and Canadian rules. Every automated text carries STOP instructions, and opt-outs are honoured automatically.

Start free. Every plan has unlimited seats and one kind of credit. Credits pay for finding work emails, phone checks, LinkedIn profiles and AI on Duckrow's account, and you are charged only when it works. Sending emails and LinkedIn messages uses no credits, and neither do your own AI keys or data providers. Texting is an add-on on paid plans, charged per number. Paid plans start at $99 a month, or $89 a month billed yearly.

Your ducks are ready when you are.
