Texting add-on

Text your leads from numbers we provide, with every reply in your inbox. On paid plans, in selected countries.

From $10 a month per number

Add the numbers your campaigns need. Each lead keeps hearing from the same number, so their replies stay in one thread. A number is billed from the day it goes live.

Texts use credits

Each text uses credits per message segment. A segment holds up to 160 characters, or 70 with an emoji. Texts you send from the inbox cost the same, and replies you receive are free.

Carrier fees at cost

Where carriers require businesses to register before texting, we handle the registration and pass their fees on at cost. You see the amount before anything is submitted.

FAQs

Yes. Upgrades apply right away: you pay the difference for the rest of the period and get the extra credits now. Moving to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly, takes effect when your current period ends.

On paid plans they roll over each month, up to twice the plan's monthly credits. On Free, unused credits don't carry over.

You pay for the year up front and save 10% against monthly. Credits still arrive every month.

Anytime, from your billing page. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.

No. Every plan includes unlimited seats.

In some countries, carriers deliver business texts only from senders registered with them. The registration fee goes to the carriers, and we pass it on at cost. You see the exact amount in Duckrow before anything is submitted, and we tell you before any fee applies again.

Yes, until the person replies. Every text ends with how to opt out (reply STOP) until they text you back. After that, later texts in the same campaign go without it, so they stay shorter and use fewer credits. A STOP reply ends texts to that person right away.
