Product Sequences

Email, LinkedIn and text, in one flow.

Build one sequence across every channel a lead answers on. It sends from your own mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts and numbers, on the schedule you set, and stops the moment someone replies.

Stops when a lead repliesDraft with AI

A tool for every channel

Email in one place, LinkedIn in another, texts in a third, and nothing knows what the others did.

Follow-ups after a yes

The lead replied on LinkedIn, and the email step went out anyway.

Mailboxes on fire

One inbox takes all the volume while the others sit idle.

  1. Every channel, one sequence

Mix email, LinkedIn visits, invites and messages, and text steps in a single flow, with waits in days or business days.

    • Build and reorder steps visually.
    • Personalise with any column, with fallbacks.
    • The whole row stops when a lead replies on any channel.
    Add a step

  2. Sent from your own accounts

Email goes out from your Google Workspace mailboxes, follow-ups stay in the same thread, and LinkedIn steps run from your connected accounts.

    • Signatures with your logo, built per campaign.
    • A live preview of exactly what will send.
    • One-click unsubscribe on every email.

    Quick question, Priya

Hi Priya, saw Northlane is growing the sales team. Worth a quick look at how others keep follow-ups on track?

  3. Schedules and rotation

Send on the days and hours you choose, in the campaign's time zone. Sends spread to the least-used mailbox, number or LinkedIn account.

    • Daily caps per mailbox and per account.
    • Each lead keeps the sender that first reached it.
    • Bounces are caught and suppressed automatically.

The next send goes to the least-used mailbox. Each lead keeps the sender that first reached it.

  4. Branch on what you know

A condition step reads the lead's row when it runs. If a column has a value, is empty, equals or contains something, the lead goes one way; otherwise another. Text the ones with a mobile, message the rest on LinkedIn.

    • Branch on any column, including Jev's answers.
    • Continue, stop, or jump to another step.
    • Messages with a missing variable are held back.
    Step 3: Condition
    If Mobile has a value

    Then

    Text from your number

    Otherwise

Read from the lead's row when the step runs.

  5. Know when someone moves

Turn on job-change watch and Duckrow re-checks the LinkedIn profiles of everyone still in the campaign every ten days. When someone's title changes, their sequence pauses and your team gets a notice. You can send a congratulations text from the number that already knows them.

    • Two credits a check.
    • Pauses before you email an old inbox.
    • The text goes from their own Sticky SMS number.

    Right now

All 6 campaigns are sending. One mailbox paused itself after bounces, and 12 replies are waiting, the oldest for 5 hours.

    Open the inboxCheck the mailbox
  6. Review before it sends

Turn on review for an email step and each message waits in a Needs review list until someone previews it, sends it or skips it. Any reply, by email, LinkedIn or text, ends that lead's sequence.

    • Preview exactly what Gmail will show.
    • Send or skip one by one.
    • Replies stop the next steps on every channel.

  7. An AI copywriter on every step

Draft every email, text and LinkedIn message from a sample row of your table, with an instruction in your own words.

    • Written from your data, row by row.
    • Edit anything before it goes out.
    • Preview each step before launch.

    Subject: Quick question, {{first_name}}

Hi {{first_name|there}}, saw {{company}} is hiring two account executives. When the team grows, follow-ups usually slip. Worth a quick look at how others keep them on track?

Three replies you never want to get.

Each one starts with a small slip in a sequence. Here's where each comes from, and what Duckrow does so you don't get it.

Sam replied by email, Tuesday, 8:41 am
Hi {first_name} to you too.

What happened

Sam's first name was missing from your list, and the email went out anyway.

In Duckrow

A message with an empty field never sends. Sam's email waits until the name is filled in, or uses the fallback you set, like “there”.

Sam replied by email, Friday, 8:32 am
I already said yes. Yesterday.

What happened

Sam answered your text on Thursday. On Friday morning, the next email in the sequence went out on schedule.

In Duckrow

A reply on any channel stops that lead's next steps, whether it comes by email, LinkedIn or text. Sam's yes waits at the top of your inbox, marked interested.

Sam replied by text, Friday, 2:10 pm
Who is this?

What happened

Your first text came from one number and the follow-up from another, so it reached Sam as a stranger in a new thread.

In Duckrow

Sticky SMS keeps each lead on the number that first texted them, even when you text from ten numbers. Every follow-up, automated or by hand, comes from that number, and every conversation stays in one inbox.

“Our messaging is compliant, remains in one place, and helps us keep our follow ups straightforward.”
