Narration: preview voiceJo runs a small outbound agency and opens Duckrow for the first time. Names and numbers are example data.
Duckrow opens on Home, with four steps from a list of names to a campaign that's sending. The rail on the left goes to Home, Workbooks, Campaigns, the Inbox, Integrations and Settings. The top bar holds Search, Credits, Help and the bell. Once your first campaign is live, Home becomes a dashboard of signals, sends and campaign health.
About five minutes, in your own workspace.
You're done when you can reach any page in two clicks and know which workspace you're in.
Three quick questions. Nothing is saved.
It is your first morning in Duckrow. In two minutes, you will know where everything lives, and what to do first. Here is your workspace.
Home opens on four steps, from a list of names to a campaign that is sending. Connect a way to reach people. Build your first list. Fill in emails and phone numbers. Launch a campaign. Each step ticks itself as you do it, and the next one says start here.
On the left is the rail. Home. Workbooks, where your folders and tables live. Campaigns. The inbox, with every reply. Integrations, for your mailboxes, LinkedIn and texting numbers. And Settings at the bottom, with billing inside.
Across the top, search, or Command K, finds any table, campaign or page. Credits shows what you can spend on finds, AI and texts; emails and LinkedIn are free. Help writes to the Duckrow team, and the bell collects replies, job changes and notices.
Click the person icon to switch workspaces. There is your personal account, and any teams you join or create. Everything you see, from tables to credits, belongs to the workspace you picked.
Once your first campaign is live, the steps move out of the way, and Home becomes your dashboard. Senders, capacity, the queue, replies waiting and failures. Thirty days of messages by channel. And the health of every campaign. Press Command J to ask it anything.
To recap. Home's four steps take you from a list to a live campaign. The rail takes you everywhere, and search finds anything. The switcher picks the workspace everything belongs to. Next, your first table in five minutes.
