Pick a kind of business and a place. Duckrow fills a table from open map data with names, phones, websites and business emails where listed, names the owner where the business's website or a public registry does, and sends your email sequence. Texts go to the people who agree to them, and every reply lands in one inbox.
For medical billing, commercial cleaning, IT support, staffing and other firms that sell to local businesses and clinics.
| Business | Phone | Website | Owner | Owner email |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bluebonnet Family Dental | (512) 555-0142 | Yes | Dr. Lena Ortiz | Found |
| Cedar Park Smiles | (512) 555-0198 | Yes | Not found | Not run |
| Eastside Dental Studio | (512) 555-0117 | None | Not found | Not run |
The list is a spreadsheet built by hand from map searches, and it's out of date by the time it's done.
The front desk answers the phone. The owner who signs never sees your email.
Follow-ups live in your inbox, your phone and a notebook, so warm replies go cold.
One table per market. The search fills it, and each paid column charges only when it finds something.

Step 1Search your market
Open a table and choose Find local businesses. Pick the categories you serve, such as dentist or chiropractor, and a city, state or province. Ask for a website or a phone if you need one.
1 credit a business added, up to 500 a search. Businesses already in the table are skipped free.
Step 2Name the owner
Add Find owner. It reads the business's own website and free public registries in the US and Canada, and fills in the owner or top decision-maker with where it found them.
2 credits per owner found. Nothing when none is.
Step 3Find the owner's email
Find work email looks for the owner's email from their name and the website. When the website prints the owner's email, Find owner keeps it.
6 credits per verified email. Nothing on a miss.
Step 4Sort by fit
Add a Use AI column with your question, such as whether the practice seems to run billing in-house. Turn on Read the company's website first so it reads the home page and up to 3 key pages.
About 1 to 2 credits a row on a Light model, plus 1 when the site is read.
Step 5Push into your sequence
Push the rows with an owner and an email into your campaign. With Send new leads automatically on, a row that qualifies later starts by itself.

Step 6Answer from one inbox
Email and text replies land in one inbox, sorted by Jev, with an AI summary and a draft to edit.
Emails cost no credits.
From your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox. Any column can fill a message, and a message with an empty field waits for you instead of sending.
Day 1Email
A short note to the owner by name, about their practice and one job you'd take off their plate.
Day 4Email
A follow-up in the same thread.
Day 9Email
A last note with one plain question.
Day 10Text
Only for owners with a texting consent record: a short reminder from a Duckrow number.
A reply on any channel ends the sequence for that owner.
Email and text replies land together. Sticky SMS keeps each owner on the number that first texted them, so the whole conversation stays in one thread.

An example month for one firm and one city, from Duckrow's price list. A credit is 1 cent, and a find that comes back empty costs nothing.
That fits the Starter plan: $99 a month with 3,000 credits and 5 mailboxes, with unlimited seats.
Add your own OpenAI key and the AI answers cost no credits, so more of the month goes to searches and finds.

Read the storyFind owner names an owner only where the business's website or a public registry does. In our own test tables that was 4 to 8 of every 33 businesses. You pay only for the ones it finds.
Many listings carry a phone and a website but no business email. In a test search for plumbers in Calgary, 48 of 123 listings had one.
Listings come from Overture Maps Foundation's open data. It doesn't hold every business, and counts change with each release.
Find owner asks free public registries in the US and Canada. Elsewhere, it reads the business's website only.
Text steps need a texting consent record for each person, or your confirmation that everyone in the campaign agreed. Cold lists get email; text the owners who reply and agree.
Email goes out from mailboxes on your company domain. Personal @gmail.com and @outlook.com addresses aren't supported.

Our CASL guideTexting is a paid-plan add-on in the US and Canada. Duckrow provides the numbers ($10 a month, $12 for Canadian toll-free) and files the registration, and Sticky SMS keeps each owner on one number.

No. It names an owner only when the business's website or a public registry does, which in our tests was a minority of businesses. You pay only when it finds one.
The listings cover the world. The owner registries are in the US and Canada; elsewhere, Find owner reads the website.
Text the owners who agree to texts, for example after they reply to your email. Duckrow provides the numbers, and text steps skip anyone without a texting consent record unless you confirm the whole campaign agreed.
