Narration: preview voiceAn agency sets up a campaign for a Toronto client. The names are example data.
Open Campaigns and press New campaign. Name it and bind it to a workbook: each workbook has one campaign, and you push its leads in later. The campaign starts as a Draft. In Settings, Schedule, pick the time zone, the days and the hours it may send; it saves as you go. Outside that window nothing sends, and due steps go once it opens.
About five minutes, in your own workspace.
You're done when you have a Draft campaign with a schedule that fits your leads.
Three quick questions. Nothing is saved.
Every campaign starts the same way: a name, the workbook it belongs to, and when it may send.
Open campaigns and press new campaign. Name it, then bind it to a workbook. Workbooks that already have a campaign are greyed out: one workbook, one campaign. Create campaign.
The campaign starts as a draft, with four tabs: sequence, lead list, launch and settings. You'll push leads into it from its workbook later.
Open settings, then schedule. Pick the time zone, here Toronto. Choose the days, and the hours it may send. It saves as you go. The whole campaign uses this one time zone.
Outside those hours, nothing sends for this campaign. Steps that came due simply go when the window opens.
To recap. New campaign needs a name and its workbook. One workbook has one campaign. In settings, schedule, set the time zone, days and hours. Next, build one sequence across email, LinkedIn and text.
