Run every client's outbound from one place.

Give each client its own workspace or workbook. Build the list in a lead table, let AI columns and Jev checks sort it, find local businesses and their owners when a client sells to them, and send from the client's own mailboxes. Replies land in one inbox, and your whole team works on one plan with unlimited seats.

For outbound, lead-gen and growth agencies running campaigns for their clients.

The job today

Every new client means another set of logins, another list and another inbox to watch.

The list comes from one tool, the checks from another and the sending from a third, so rows get matched by hand.

Per-seat pricing grows with every hire, and enrichment costs are hard to pass on to clients.

The workflow in Duckrow

One table per client list. Each column does one job, and each paid column runs only on the rows that earned it.

  1. Step 1Give the client a space

Keep each client in its own workbook inside your agency's workspace, or open a workspace for the client when you want its credits, mailboxes, campaigns and inbox kept apart. Invite the client as a Viewer if they want to watch.

Free. Unlimited seats on every plan.

  2. Step 2Bring the list

Drop the client's CSV on a table and map the columns. When the client sells to local businesses, use Find local businesses instead: pick a category and a place, and the table fills from open map data.

Import is free. Local businesses: 1 credit a business added.

  3. Step 3Score every row

Add a Use AI column called Fit and describe the client's ideal customer once. Duckrow runs it on every row, on its own servers. Score, reasons and an opening line come back as columns you can filter.

About 1 to 2 credits a row on a Light model. Free on your own AI key.

  4. Step 4Check before you pay for a find

Add a Jev Yes/No column with the question the client cares about, then turn on Only if Jev says yes on Find work email. A No skips the row, so the find costs nothing.

1 credit a row. Free on your own Jev key.

  5. Step 5Find the contact

Find work email for company lists, Find owner for local businesses. Both charge only when they find someone.

6 credits per verified email. 2 credits per owner found.

  6. Step 6Push the rows into the client's campaign

Push the rows that pass into the campaign. With Send new leads automatically on, a row that qualifies later starts its sequence by itself.

The client's sequence

From the client's own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, in rotation. Any column can fill a message, and a message with an empty field waits for you instead of sending.

  1. Day 1Email

A short first note built on the opening line from the table.

  2. Day 4Email

A follow-up in the same thread.

  3. Day 8Condition

If Fit is 8 or more, send the note with the client's case study next.

  4. Day 8Email

The case study note, in the same thread.

  5. Day 15Email

A short last note, in the same thread.

A reply on any channel ends the sequence for that lead.

Replies in one inbox

Each workspace has one inbox for every reply. Jev sorts each one as interested, not interested, out of office or unclear, and the AI writes a summary and a draft for you to edit.

  • Priya NairEmailInterested

Timing is good. Can you send two times next week?

  • Tom BeckerEmailOut of office

Away until Monday. I'll reply when I'm back.

  • Dana WuEmailNot interested

The instruction behind Fit

Paste it into a Use AI column and swap in your client's ideal customer. The highlighted words are your columns, written in double braces in the copied text, and Duckrow fills them in from each row.

Turn fit_score, fit and opening_line into their own columns, then filter to 7 and above. Run first 10 shows the answers and the cost before you run the rest. If the list is thin, turn on Read the company's website first, for 1 credit a row when the site is read.

Use AI column: Fit

Our client sells sales training to B2B companies with 20 to 200 staff in North America that are growing their sales team. Judge this company against that using only the data below. If something isn't in the data, say so instead of guessing. Company: Company Description: Description Decision maker: Decision maker Return: fit_score: a number from 1 to 10 fit: Strong, Maybe or Weak reasons: up to 3 short reasons, each tied to the data above opening_line: one plain sentence a person would write, about something specific in the data

What a month costs

An example month for one client list, from Duckrow's price list. A credit is 1 cent, and a find that comes back empty costs nothing.

That fits the Growth plan: $299 a month with 10,000 credits and 15 mailboxes, with room left for a second, smaller client. Every plan has unlimited seats.

Add your own OpenAI and Jev keys and the AI and Jev answers cost no credits. The same month then uses up to 3,000 credits, which fits Starter at $99 a month.

What Duckrow doesn't do

Bring the company list

For company targets, import the client's list. Local businesses covers trades, shops, clinics and offices from open map data.

Each workspace has its own plan

A client in its own workspace has its own plan and credits. You can keep one team workspace on Free; to open more, move the teams you own to a paid plan. Workbooks inside your agency's workspace share one plan.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

Email goes out from mailboxes on a company domain. Personal @gmail.com and @outlook.com addresses aren't supported.

Texts need consent

Text steps need a texting consent record for each lead, such as a client's own opted-in list, or your confirmation that every lead in the campaign agreed. Cold lists get email.

Lists of any size

Use AI runs every row you pick and keeps going when you close the tab. A big list runs in parts of 2,000 rows, one after another.

No CRM sync yet

Any table exports as a CSV for the client's CRM.

Cold email to Canada relies on implied consent under CASL: the person published the address, didn't say they refuse unsolicited messages, and your note relates to their role. Keep a record of where each address came from.

Clients as Viewers

Viewers read tables, campaigns and the inbox, and can't change or spend anything. Add as many as you like: seats are unlimited.
