Narration: preview voiceA sales rep triages Monday's replies. The people and companies are example data.
When you open a conversation in Duckrow's inbox, a short summary appears at the top on its own. Draft writes a first reply into the box from the conversation, in a length that suits the channel, and never sends. Every reply is also sorted as Interested, Declined, Out of office, Ambiguous or Unclassified. None of this costs credits.
About five minutes, in your own workspace.
You're done when you've answered one reply from a draft you checked yourself.
Three quick questions. Nothing is saved.
Monday morning, and the replies piled up over the weekend. Three bits of AI in the inbox help you get through them, and none of them costs credits.
Open a conversation. You don't press anything: the summary starts by itself, and in a moment two or three sentences tell you what was asked and where things stand.
Click Draft, and it writes a first reply into the box, short for a text, longer for an email. Facts it doesn't have stay in brackets, like a price or a customer name. Fill those in, read it through, and send it yourself. Draft never sends.
Every reply is also sorted. Interested, out of office, declined, ambiguous, or unclassified. The label sits under the latest message, so you can see at a glance which conversations need you first.
To recap. The summary appears when you open a thread. Draft fills the box; fill the brackets, then you send. Every reply is sorted, and none of it costs credits. Next, clear the inbox at speed.
