Duckrow's unified inbox holds every reply from email, text and LinkedIn. Needs reply lists them oldest first and flags anything past the 4-hour target. Filter by channel, or pick one campaign to answer one client's replies. Open a reply to see the person and the campaign, answer it, and mark it done.
About five minutes, in your own workspace.
You're done when you've cleared one conversation and know where the rest are waiting.
Three quick questions. Nothing is saved.
Three clients, three channels, and every reply in one place. This is the unified inbox.
Replies land in Needs reply, oldest first, so nothing waits too long. A red time means a reply is past the four hour target. Snoozed holds what you parked for later, Done today holds what you finished, and Everything is the full history.
To work one channel at a time, click Email, SMS or LinkedIn. Click it again to see them all.
Every reply carries its campaign. When you run campaigns for several clients, pick one campaign in the list, and the inbox shows only that client's replies. Click it again to clear it.
Open a reply. The header shows who it is, the campaign, and how long it has waited. Contact shows their title, their company, and what was sent. Her reply already stopped the rest of her sequence. Answer her, then mark it done, and the count of conversations cleared today goes up.
To recap. Needs reply shows the oldest first, and red means past four hours. Filter by channel, or by campaign, one client at a time. Answer, mark done, and watch the cleared count go up. Next, let AI summarise, draft and sort your replies.
