Bring your list from Grata, SourceScrub, Inven or PitchBook. Duckrow scores and sorts thousands of companies against your thesis, row by row, finds the owner's email only where a company fits, and runs email and LinkedIn from the partner's own accounts. Every reply lands in one inbox.
For deal teams, search funds, independent sponsors and corporate development.

Every firm screens the same databases, so the race is to reach the right owners before a banker runs a process.
An associate spends days reading company descriptions to see which ones fit the thesis.
The list sits in one tool, the emails sit in each partner's inbox, and nobody knows who already wrote to an owner.
Data platforms are good at finding companies. The outreach usually happens somewhere else, by hand or in a separate sequencer.
Duckrow works between them. It takes the list your data tool exports, scores it against your thesis, finds the owners and runs the outreach. Your CRM keeps the deals.
One table per thesis. Each column does one job, and each paid column runs only on the rows that earned it.

Step 1Import the list
Export from Grata, SourceScrub, Inven or PitchBook, or use a trade association or conference list. Drop the CSV on a table and map the columns.
Free
Step 2Score every company against your thesis
Add a Use AI column called Thesis fit and write the thesis once. Duckrow runs it on every row, on its own servers. Score, fit, reasons and red flags come back as columns you can filter.
About 1 to 2 credits a row on a Light model. Free on your own AI key.
Step 3Check who owns it
Add a Jev Yes/No column named Founder-owned? with a free Only run if rule, so Jev answers only for companies that score 7 or more.
1 credit a row. Free on your own Jev key.
Step 4Find the owner's email where it fits
Add Find work email with a free rule (score 7 or more, Founder-owned? is Yes) plus Only if Jev says yes: "Does the owner named in this row still run the company day to day?" A No skips the row, so the find costs nothing.
6 credits per verified email. Nothing on a miss.
Step 5Map add-ons to a platform
Add a Jev Pick one column named Best platform, with your platform companies as the options plus None. Every target lands next to the platform it would join.
1 credit a row.
Step 6Push the owners into the sequence
Push the rows that pass into the owner campaign. With Send new leads automatically on, a row that qualifies later starts its sequence by itself.

From the partner's own Google Workspace mailbox and LinkedIn. Any column can fill a message, and a message with an empty field waits for you instead of sending.
Day 1Email
A short note from the partner, with the owner's first name and the company.
Day 3Condition
If Owner LinkedIn is empty, skip the LinkedIn steps.
Day 3LinkedIn
Visit the owner's profile.
Day 4LinkedIn
An invite with a short note.
Day 8Email
A follow-up in the same thread.
Day 18Email
A short last note, in the same thread.
A reply on any channel ends the sequence for that owner.
Jev sorts each reply as interested, not interested, out of office or unclear, and the AI writes a summary and a draft for the partner to edit. Partners can join as Viewers: they read every thread and spend nothing.
Dana KowalskiEmailInterested
We aren't selling this year, but I'd take a call about what a partner could look like.
Mark LindqvistEmailOut of office
Out until the 14th. I'll reply when I'm back.

Thanks, we're a family business and plan to stay one.
Paste it into a Use AI column and change the thesis to yours. The highlighted words are your columns, written in double braces in the copied text, and Duckrow fills them in from each row.
Turn fit_score, fit and red_flags into their own columns, then filter to 7 and above. Run first 10 shows the answers and the cost before you run the rest.
Our thesis: founder-owned B2B services businesses in the US Midwest with 20 to 200 staff, recurring revenue and no venture backing. Judge this company against the thesis using only the data below. If something isn't in the data, say so instead of guessing. Company: Company Description: Description Staff: Employees Founded: Founded Headquarters: HQ Return: fit_score: a number from 1 to 10 fit: Strong, Maybe or Weak reasons: up to 3 short reasons, each tied to the data above red_flags: anything that breaks the thesis, such as venture backing, a franchise model or more than 200 staff missing_info: what we would need to know to be sure
An example month for one deal team, from Duckrow's price list. A credit is 1 cent, and a find that comes back empty costs nothing.
That fits the Growth plan: $299 a month with 10,000 credits, 15 mailboxes and 3 LinkedIn accounts, for the whole team.
Add your own OpenAI and Jev keys and the AI and Jev answers cost no credits. The same month then uses up to 2,400 credits, which fits Starter at $99 a month.

Duckrow has no company database, financials or seller-intent scores. Import from Grata, SourceScrub, Inven or PitchBook and keep their scores as a column.
Email goes out from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes on your company domain.
Duckrow runs sourcing and outreach. Sync with DealCloud or Affinity isn't built yet, and any table exports as a CSV.
Thesis fit works from the data in your table, plus an owner's LinkedIn profile when you include one. Turn on Read the company's website first and it also reads each company's home page and up to 3 key pages, for 1 credit a row when the site is read. Find customers reads the same site for the customers it names.
Use AI runs every row you pick and keeps going when you close the tab. A big list runs in parts of 2,000 rows, one after another.
Duckrow can't yet wait for an invite to be accepted, so the owner sequence keeps LinkedIn to a profile visit and an invite with a note.
CAN-SPAM covers business email. Use an honest sender and subject line, include your postal address and honour opt-outs within 10 business days. Duckrow adds a one-click unsubscribe to campaign emails.
FTC CAN-SPAM guideTreat an acquisition inquiry as a commercial message under CASL. Cold email relies on implied consent: the owner published the address, didn't say they refuse unsolicited messages, and your note relates to their role. An address from a data vendor alone doesn't count, so keep a screenshot of where you found it.
Our CASL guideText an owner only after they reply and agree to texts, or give you their number. From then on, Sticky SMS keeps them on one Duckrow SMS number for the whole conversation.
LinkedIn restricts automation and doesn't publish its limits. Duckrow caps invites at 20 a day for each connected profile.
Duckrow works on the list you bring. Import a CSV from Grata, SourceScrub, Inven, PitchBook, a trade association or a conference list, then score it against your thesis.
Every row in the table. Use AI runs on Duckrow's servers, in parts of 2,000 rows one after another, and keeps going when you close the tab.
A Light model such as GPT-4o mini handles thesis scoring at about 1 to 2 credits a row. Add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Meta key and the AI costs no credits. Run first 10 shows the cost before you run the rest.
Yes. Reference a column with LinkedIn in its name, such as Owner LinkedIn, and Use AI reads that profile too, for 2 extra credits a row.
Yes. Add them as Viewers: they read every table and thread and spend nothing. Every plan has unlimited seats.
Yes. Microsoft 365 (Outlook) and Google Workspace mailboxes on your company domain both work. Personal @gmail.com and @outlook.com addresses aren't supported.
Not yet. Export any table as a CSV and import it into your CRM.
Yes. One or two people can score thousands of companies, write to the owners who fit and keep every reply in one inbox. With your own AI and Jev keys, a month like the one above fits Starter at $99.
Yes, once an owner replies and agrees to texts or gives you their number. Duckrow provides the numbers, and Sticky SMS keeps each owner on one of them.
